    warming up push presses but shoulder is ouch. got a few slower sets in with the 50# DBs

    7 hill sprints. Too hungry and dehydated to make it to 10. These SF hills bring me right back to good ole 100th st

    HEY OLD FRIENDS!

    I’m moving out of my apartment and I’m trying to help my roommate out by looking for some new (female) roommates for her. She is super sweet, quiet, in her mid 30s (doesn’t party) and has a tendency to clean up after you when you don’t even expect it (seriously).

    It’s a three bedroom apartment. Two of us are leaving.
    – Bedroom 1 – around 1300 (unfurnished)
    – Bedroom 2 – around 1200 (tiny room.. but totally livable.. comes furnished)
    – 2 bathrooms
    – living room/dining room/kitchen are furnished + any/all appliances you’d need
    – WASHER DRYER IN UNIT
    – dishwasher
    – huge living room
    – 4th floor walk up (basically the only downfall)
    – upstairs from Bar Coastal (best wings in town)
    – did I mention there is a washer/dryer?
