    11:25 with 7 glute ham raises instead of front squats. All 12 toes to bar unbroken every round, but knees were pretty bent after the first few rounds.

    I tried to squat 135, but my hips are still really tight. GHR should help.

    13:10 (did this one all outside, used small dumbbells to stop the barbell from rolling down the hill. Did all rounds facing down the hill.

    I wanted to get in at least 16 but my legs were dead from this week. Training on tired legs is ideal so no regrets.

    Training in July and August is the worst part of fall races. My shorts started to fall off towards the end of the run because they were drenched in sweat.
