    4:05rx. Thrusters unbroken. Last set of pull ups fell apart.
    A couple back extensions and then my body told me to fuck off

    After a 4 mile run yesterday my legs felt like I never worked out before
    Today last wod for awhile

    10 front squats @185 (from the rack)
    20 ghd sit-ups
    20 hip extension
    tried to average 3 min a round but fell behind on the ghd sit-ups
