Just an fyi..Eva is one of the most challenging and long duration WODs in the CrossFit arsenal…please scale the weight, the rounds and number of reps if you are early in your CrossFit career..Somewhere in the 35-45min mark, if not done, you should call it quits because beyond that time domain, you’re not getting much out of the rest of the workout other than pain and potential injury

  2. 45:06…9 minutes a round..As expected a pretty brutal wod..less than 24 hours after an intense night with Jackie, get 45 minutes of action from Eva, not bad

    i am going to be a sweaty mess at the gym tonight. 30 reps of 2 pood kettlebells looks brutal!

    40:52. Hammy’s are spent from the kettlebells. i ran the first two 800 meters at a solid pace (ranged between 5:50-6:35 miles). second two were absolutely brutal – 7:45-8:15 miles – but never really paused and was able to recover (despite getting a slight stich). ran the last 800 meters at a 7:00 minute mile.
