    10:37 – Scaled with pike pushups. I’ll be in this weekend during open gym to work on my balance while upside-down.

    10 unbroken and 45 total HSPU are both firsts.

    Tried to make the pike harder each round. Although i may have been in exact same position just more tired.

    talked into a 10stroke max watts tester on erg w/ steph and liz. 959w. not a good idea to do this cold, but will retest when warm soon.
