Tried to make the pike harder each round. Although i may have been in exact same position just more tired.

I started out with 21-15-9, but finished in 13:04 so did the round of 27 = 19:01 w/2 mats. Thanks for the push Derek!

Stretching continues to be the most dreadful part of it all… one day…
By dreadful I mean rewarding of course
