    Max Pull-Ups: Best was 13 strict

    Betty: ~12:01 rx’d (we had a clock snafu at 6am). The weight felt heavier than usual, BJ’s felt better.

    After two flights and an annoying trip to the hotel, I check out the local Crossfit here in Des Moines and get this:

    Forever and a day, or 36:50. Fml seriously

    After two flights and an annoying trip to the hotel, I check out the local Crossfit here in Des Moines and get this:

    Left shoulder failed more than the right

  17. Time Trail 5k. EG up East side to 102 transverse, down west side with the turn around at the second light between the first two rollers, back to EG light.

    Felt something awful nearly the whole time. First real run of the season. New kicks too! Not the best run but I felt smooth and looked smooth. Had no kick at the end.
