Today’s starts our 1000 push-up challenge! If you can’t make it to the gym today, make sure you squeeze in your push-ups wherever you can!

Back Squat

Today’s squats should be fast out of the hole. No grinding through questionable form. Use 70% of your 1rm if you have some idea of what that is.

Then, complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
8 Left Arm KB Snatch, 24/16
8 Right Arm KB Snatch, 24/16
8 Handstand Push-Ups

    *Snatches unbroken, extra sweaty with a 400F oven cranking in the kitchen.
    **My wrists were beat up from the last couple of days so opted to give them a break.
