    This was SUPER easy compared to Jerry, too bad no one knows what that feels like.

    5 rounds. 500m row instead of the run. I’m disappearing into the woods of VT for 9 days on Friday and paranoid about messing up my feet. Starting at the Canadian border and seeing how far south I can get.

    5X5 2pd seated kb press no back support. woo those are tough. back is fired up from yday.

    1st soulcycle. not sure i get it. i enjoy cycling, but not sure if i get the draw of ONLY indoor cycling, unless you’re training for indoor cycling. guess it was a fun change of pace. will try it again in the next few years and see if I feel the same.
