    Lower back was giving me problems this morning, so I did 10×5 weighted lunges @ 135# followed by 3 push presses.

    After the first three rounds of BTN thrusters I really thought I liked them, I thought they were different, they felt better than regular thrusters. But once I got to the fourth and fifth round I knew they were just like every other thruster and I realized I don’t need them in my life.
