    Stepped down first four rounds, jumped down for first 10 reps of round 5 then bounded for last 20 reps. Should’ve turned up the heat in round 4, paced it too much.

    22:10 with step ups instead of box jumps. Might have a little patellar tendinitis in my right knee so took it easy on the jumps just in case.
