    First time stringing 3 BMU, and first time using strung BMUs in a workout. Four rounds (spread out) of 3, three rounds of 2-1

    5+26 rx’d

    Strung a few bar MU’s together in warm up, but I didn’t try it in the WOD. No fails aside from the first attempt in warm up, so I’ll take it.

    6+8 with 45# plate and jumping muscle ups. High box + high bar.
