Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 box jumps, 36/30-in. box
15 single-arm overhead squats, 50/35-lb. dumbbell
20 abmat sit-ups

    Didn’t push this one too much, took it slow, but the OHS although not the most comfortable, did feel relatively stable at the bottom, which is plus for my shoulders.
