    WOD: 8:48 @ 125# (completely forgot my time at the gym but remembered it on the walk home). I wanted to go RX on this one, but the snatches weren’t happening this morning.

    30 seconds work; 30 second rest

    Wod: 7:21 #75
    warm up snatch 55-65 then jump to 85lbs, yeah let’s get back to reality… Darcy is like you got 85lbs on 🙂 Tried it got it up to my chest couple of times but could not get under it!

    Improvement 75lbs and happy.

    [warmed up 55-65-75-80-85, then 3 failed attempts at 85# after the first round of burpees (up to my chest but never got under) before peeling off 5#]

    Practiced dips on the ghds – got 18 total. Feeling super weak! Definitely going to work on these this month.

    8:28 @ 75# (burpees were the hardest part for me)
    Snatches felt great – first and last looked the same (I think)

    Ring Push Ups EMOM except last minute – 35 with some static holds mixed in.

    WOD 8:34 @ 95#
    Muscled a few too many of those, gotta get under a bar. Helped when I started to treat it more like a squat snatch.

    Errands/chores after work so dropped in to B|X at Brick Grand Central

    I was overzealous for this type of midday workout – lots of cardio+heat on in gym = me sweating profusely

    Circuit warmup then workout was 4 – 5 min amraps

    1) 5 min amrap
    10 burpee box jumps
    10 dumbbell snatches (each arm – 15#)
    rest 1 min

    2) 5 min amrap
    15 calorie on air dyne
    15 v-ups
    rest 1 min

    3) 5 min amrap
    100m sprint on treadmill
    10 hand release push-ups
    rest 1 min

    4) 5 min amrap
    150m row
    10 goblet squats
