“The Lyon”

5 rounds, each for time of:
165/115-lb. squat cleans, 7 reps
165/115-lb. shoulder-to-overheads, 7 reps
7 burpee chest-to-bar pull-ups

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Ideally, use a pull-up bar that is 6 inches above your max reach when standing. Post time for each round to comments.

    Knee not feeling well this morning, so I subbed power cleans for squat cleans @ 155#


    Only had time for 4 rounds before I had to get to work. I still feel like I have Delhi lungs. Tough morning.

    chest 2 bar were less chest and more just pull-ups
    forgot to take a pic of my whiteboard so don’t have my times per round!

    Am very excited that I jumped to the high bar for the first time. Quickly added 25# weight to jump from but very encouraging.
