    Anybody know someone moving to the neighborhood? I need a new roommate by August 1st! Please let me know if you hear of anything! Place is fully furnished but bedroom will be empty. I make decent stew.

    3:20 Rx, 4 minute PR.

    Went for it today. Felt pretty good. Tried to do 5 reps every 30 seconds. That got me halfway. Singles for the last 10.

      Ten rounds for time of:
      3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
      5 Strict Pull-ups
      7 Kipping Pull-up

      For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

      Post time and number of sets to completion.

      33:33. First 3 rounds Rx, last 7 rounds with a 25# dumbbell. Broke up all but 3 rounds into 2 sets.

    Lower back still barking from “The Seven” and “Small”, so decided to do Nancy by myself at 6am:

    16:47 rx’d (PR of 37 seconds)

    First 2 rounds were sub 3 minute pace, but my back locked up during the last 3 rounds. The runs got painfully slow.

    Isabel first time @70#: 6:57

    Snatch – 85# first time doing squat snatches. messy.

    Isabel – 5:58 @ 95# kept a good pace for about 1:30 and then struggle city

    my hopes of hitting a heavy single post isabel also quickly faded.
