    Row as long as possible under a set pace, 3 min rests.
    1:30 – 20 seconds
    1:35 – 50 seconds
    1:40 – 44 seconds
    1:35 – 33 seconds
    1:30 – 20 seconds

    This was very painful and mentally challenging. Don’t do this alone, do it with someone yelling at you.
