Tuesday June 2 WOD

5 Rounds for time of:
40# Dumbell Split Clean, 15 Reps
21 Pullups

40# dumbell in each hand.  Clean from ground to shoulders, landing in the split jerk stance.  If 40# is too much; scale weight as appropriate.  Pullups are anyway you can perform them; kipping, jumping, assisted, rows etc.

  1. 11:44 with 25# dumbbells. It was very hot and humid, kept slipping off the pull-up bar, but apart from that, not sure how much faster I could have gone.
