Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
5 Dumbbell push press w/ Rt. arm
50ft Overhead dumbbell walking lunge w/ Rt. arm
5 Dumbbell push press w/ Lt. arm
50ft Overhead dumbbell walking lunge w/ Lt. arm
10 toes to bar

Men use 50lbs, women use 35lbs.

    4 rounds + 5 PP rx’d (added some more PP on the left bc of OCD – after the 15 minutes expired)

    First 2 rounds unbroken, then had to break up the lunges once each lap (shoulders felt fine, but was definitely a bit wobbly)

    Fun wod.
