PJ August 17, 2010 at 8:16 am 1. did a bunch of reps w/ training bar, regular bar and then 55 lbs to test elbow; felt pretty good. 2) 2 complete rounds, ended round 3 at 30 DUs. Used 45 lb plate for lunges and 1 round w/ the 53lb’r (1.5 pood?) and rest w/ the little guy.
