100′ Overhead Walking Lunge 45/25
20 KB Swings, 2 pood
60 Double Unders
16 minute time cap.

    1. did a bunch of reps w/ training bar, regular bar and then 55 lbs to test elbow; felt pretty good.

    2) 2 complete rounds, ended round 3 at 30 DUs. Used 45 lb plate for lunges and 1 round w/ the 53lb’r (1.5 pood?) and rest w/ the little guy.

    2) 10lbs overhead lunge, 25lbs KB, 10 DU and the rest burpees.
    5 burpees away from making it to the 4th round

    2) 2 rounds, 35lbs overhead, had to sub burpbees for DUs for the 2nd round
