12:00 with HPC @ 115, though Eric did have to yell at me a few times for my kettlebell ROM. 2 poods is damn heavy.

17:58 with 45 lb HPC, 25 lb dumbell and burpees. I tried DUs but they were just not happening this morning. OH yeah and all the HPC and kettlebells were unbroken sets. So that was good.
Watch out tomorrow AM for the next sock color and the PR of consecutive mornings!
*No not whale oil; actually think I only did 15 DUs in the 1st 4 rounds. Did an extra 20 at the end

Shouldn’t workout this late. After spending 5 minutes screwing around with 115 lb cleans,finished after another 15 with 95 lb cleans / 1 pood and burpee subs.
20:51 @ 45 lbs hang cleans (took easy on back) and 1 pood. Also changed to hand release pushups midway through 4th round because of a bad cramp in my leg. I’m falling apart. Kiley, I blame you.
