At 0:00 – 5 back squats
From 1:00 to 1:30 – Max burpees
From 1:30 to 4:00 – Rest

Repeat for 5 rounds.

    Finally was able to visualize the moves in my head even if they weren’t perfection. got to pay attention to my grip.

    snatch balance (understanding mechanics but needs improvement)
    OHS (felt good but need to lock arms) @ 53 lbs

  6. Tried to log but kept getting an error message saying it was too long and must be kept under 500 characters and 10 lines.

    My note was 349 characters and 8 lines. The Universe does not want me to log my information.

      Thursday’s WOD:
      Backsquat 140
      Burpees: 8-10-10-10-10
      If anyone finds themselves distracted at OG, I recommend ear plugs.
      It helps me focus and brings in my bubble of attention.

    Bar got a bit lower on the last set of squats but did 4 sets of real high-bar squats
