Use the same weight for all 5 sets of clean and jerk.
The sets of 5 and 3 are not warm-up sets. They should be AHAP.
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
5 thrusters, 155/105
10 strict pull-ups
20 box jump overs
Perform all of today’s thrusters from the rack.
