    One try at peg board, went about half way and chickened out, came back down.
    3.5 mile run in CP after work with 30# weighted vest, fun.

    Got to 3 split jerks into the round of 115#. Definitely should have stuck with rx regular. I’m blaming the lovely Jo for believing I could do this today. ????
