    FYI, one partner does a full round, then you switch. 75 GHD’s with the med ball are going to hurt tomorrow. Running that hill with the ball is the worst.

    4 + 61, I completed round 2 and 4.
    I scaled the GHD’s to a box and 10# med ball.
    Went unbroken on the wallballs @ 20 which was good for me.
    Hill with the ball is no joke.
    Pressured myself to keep moving because I didn’t want to hold up the BAston train.

    5+27, I went RX, Dan did abmat sit-ups with the ball and then cashed out with GHD’s like a champ

    Who thinks of this stuff? Ugh, the sit-ups and the hill run were brutal!

    I did regular sit-ups with a 20# ball, Matt went Rx. I finished the 3rd round after the cap

    Everything upper body was very sore from yesterday, so this was a good weight but will def try heavier next time.

    4 plus 46. Instead of WALLBALLS, Cash did…….. burpees with dumbbell clean and presses with 25lb d’bells? Nice swap Derrick. Thats not a scale, thats doin’ time in a Taliban prison

    I swapped out the 20 lb med ball for a 10 pounder on the second round of GHDs to take a little pressure off my lower back

    Spilt 4 rounds with Ditty. Didn’t use the medicine ball for ghds… Final hill sprint after the cap. Wallballs mostly unbroken. Step ups unbroken.
