    8:30 of deads (first set started with 5 reps, it didn’t improve, 1:14 of HSPU (broken up 17/4 – 9/6 – 9)

    I was still gassed from Diane when I was walking home, so this wasn’t easy. 20# less than last time, but I will attribute that to the wod beforehand.

    1. I am going to counter that with the -3# or -8# on women’s weights as opposed to -5# and -0#. Or the assumed additional 2#s that magical happen on the bar with out the change plates.
