I was still gassed from Diane when I was walking home, so this wasn’t easy. 20# less than last time, but I will attribute that to the wod beforehand.

*Every even minute on the other minute, because while Matt appreciates the poetry of EMOOM (every minute on the other minute) he is a stickler for things actually making sense.
I am going to counter that with the -3# or -8# on women’s weights as opposed to -5# and -0#. Or the assumed additional 2#s that magical happen on the bar with out the change plates.
