    high box jumps felt good, bring on FGB

    I am an idiot and left the envelope for FGB social food money on my desk. I will leave it at the gym tomorrow morning.

    Ring dips are getting better slowly but surely. I should definitely be linking more of my DL’s together by keeping my knees out of the way on the way down. Something to work on for next time.

    13:11 @ 185 lbs with “hands off the ground” push ups sub’d 10 for 7 ring dips after 1st round…I’ll have an acute awareness of my lower back tomorrow am

    Tough first day back after taking some time off.

    13:19 @ 225lbs but had to sub HOG PU (that’s a funny acronym I just coined for “hands off ground push ups”…feel free to use) in the last 2 rds because I was just plain tired of suffering through the ring dips.
