Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes:
5 strict pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
One partner must hold 115/80-lbs in the front rack in order for their partner’s reps to count.
