Warm-up (No Measure)

4-5 Rounds:

5-10 strict pull-ups

5 pvc overhead squats (3 sec pause)

15 sit-ups

Snatch (2-2-2-2-2-2)

Newer athletes should start light and increase weight as they become more proficient. More experienced athletes should try for as heavy as they are capable of.
