Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes:

1 power clean

1 front squat

2 power cleans

2 front squats

3 power cleans

3 front squats

and so on…

Use a 185/125-lb barbell.

Post total reps to Wodify.

    failed three times at end…oof. that was a good one.

    This reminded me DT… You have to save one power clean each round to go right into front squats. It took me a round or two to figure out, but Alice and Matt were flying!

    100 Bent Over Rows – 20 @ 55#, 80 @ 45#

    My right hand wrist and forearm feeling a bit funky.

    working on my hip extensions and those elbows. But really felt like I was using these hips ????

    Round #7 I was Just done but yay!!
