Metcon (Time)
For time:
50 handstand push-ups
50 toes-to-bars
2 hill sprints
50 dumbbell box step-overs
50-ft. right-arm dumbbell overhead lunge
50-ft. left-arm dumbbell overhead lunge
Men: 50-lb. dumbbells, 24-in. box
Women: 35-lb. dumbbells, 20-in. box
This chipper is moderately long and includes some difficult skills. Modify the movements that you struggle with, reduce the reps and choose lighter dumbbells.
Option A
For time:
35 handstand push-ups
35 toes-to-bars
2 hill sprints
35 dumbbell box step-overs
50-ft. right-arm dumbbell overhead lunge
50-ft. left-arm dumbbell overhead lunge
Option B
For time:
30 knee push-ups
30 sit-ups
1 hill sprint
30 box step-overs
100-ft. walking lunge

25 HSPUs
40 sit-ups (shoulder still hurts on kipping movements)
2 hill sprints
35 25# DBs step overs
50 ft walking lunges right arm with 25# DBs
50 ft walking lunges left arm with 25# DBs

Today was though. Enjoyed every second of it now that’s it’s over lol!! Also cause I am back at the JOB
