Note: Just like in past years, we will be preparing for the open (aka training-as-usual). We are all prepared for this, as we typically follow a high-variance training, .com-inspired program, but you will notice some extra spice. We’ve made some modifications for equipment/space, but otherwise have tried to leave the stimuli and movement as much as possible intact. As always, move well, and go hard!
