Last time we did this –

Appetizer (No Measure)

Complete 3-5 rounds:

8 front rack lunges, 2 x 50/35lbs

8 burpees

Back Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

Ideally, each set will be as heavy as possible for 5 reps, but newer athletes should start light and slowly add weight as they are comfortable.
