14 Alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35-lb)
10 Lateral burpees over the dumbbell
15 AbMat sit-ups
1 minute rest
Each round of snatches, burpees, and sit-ups should be completed within 2 minutes. Post total time (including rest).
Approach this work-out fast, but steady. Be consistent and feel the burn.
