Rest 1:30 between sets

Maintain or build in weight each set

Perform each set unbroken

Use bands to assist or weight to resist, record weight or bands used per set in your notes

5 rounds for time

25 American Kettlebell swings (24kg/16kg)

25 AbMat sit-ups

Approach this workout smooth and consistent. Try to go unbroken only resting in the transition between movements

Aim to finish in 10-15 minutes

Reduce load and/or reps accordingly
