10 Strict Pull-Ups

20 Push-Ups

30 Abmat Sit-Ups

400 meter Run (Sub with 500m row or .8 mile Assault Bike if inclement weather)
-Scale pull-ups with band assisted pull-ups or ring rows

-Increase hand height to scale push-ups (hands on box) or band assisted push-ups
