15 seconds transition

Rest 3:30 between each round

1. C2 Row (calories)

2. Abmat sit-ups

3. Plate taps

4. Mountain climbers

5. Ground to overhead w/ plate

6. push-ups

Score: combine total calories rowed, total abmat sit-ups, and total push-ups
Starting at 1 of the 6 stations, rotate through each station in numerical order working for 1 minute at each followed by 15 seconds transition until all stations are complete. Then, rest for 3:30

Repeat until 4 rounds are complete
